The Drocourt coking plant transformed into an urban park gives rise to a reversal of the situation. Rouvroy and Drocourt were back then. From now on, the park starts a dialogue between the municipalities, a dialogue that should be organized by returning the centralised municipalities and opening them to the park. It is a question here of carrying out micro-projects likely to create this dialectic.
