Located on the edge of the tracks of the Gare du Nord, the project offers a facade widely open to an urban park. Built of wood, the building accommodates on its roof 2000 sq m of arable surface above ground, whether under greenhouse or in the open air. In many ways, it offers rare views of Paris.
